This wizard can create new custom start menu strips for Windows Media Center (Vista/Windows7) and populate them with registered extra programs. Also it is possible to delete the strips.

The WMCCC wizard V1.2 was tested and works fine on Windows 7 RC (build 7100) x86 and Windows Vista SP2 x86.

Any chace you could add the option to delete default entries? IE.. Remove the Movies bar and replace it with Media Browser. Etc..
